Spring Grove man charged with drunk driving

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says one of its deputies made a drunk driving arrest Monday night.

They stopped a car on Highway 139 around 11:30 p.m. and arrested 21-year-old Edgar Tecpile of Spring Grove. Tecpile was booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on a charge of Operating While Under the Influence.
