Decorah Park-Rec is using a video to help raise endowment funds

The Decorah Parks & Recreation Department has created an endowment fund as a way to raise additional money to pay for park improvements.

Now that endowment fund has gone high tech.  A new website has debuted, www.decorahparks.org, and a new video has been created.
