District Court Judge Richard Stochl on Tuesday issued a 15-year prison sentence in a case involving the theft of an F-350 pickup truck from Finholt Construction in July.
The defendant, Jonathon Pawlowski, had entered a guilty plea to a charge of second degree theft as a habitual offender.
Pawlowski was arrested August 18th by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies following their investigation into the theft. A Sheriff's Department spokepserson says the public provided useful information to help the department in the case.
Pawlowski will be transferred to the Iowa Prison at Oakdale.
