Decorah Police respond to two-vehicle crash

Decorah Police say a two-vehicle accident on West Main Street Friday afternoon around 1:30 did a total of $2,800 in damages.

45-year-old Larry Egeland of Decorah told police he looked for oncoming traffic before entering Main Street from a private parking lot, but did not see a car driven by 57-year-old Dale Putnam of Decorah.

Neither driver was injured.  No tickets were issued.
