• Continue to seek and implement sharing opportunities thatare equitable and educationally effective
• Continue to grow and enhance the South Winn-NICCrelationship.
• Establish a cadenced dialogue between South Winn and localparochial schools to maximize educational effectiveness and cost efficiency.
• Investigate the pros/cons of moving the 7th/8th grade fromOssian (E/MS) to Calmar (HS) campus to see if such a move would create agreater overall educational experience in a more cost effective manner. 
• Educate the community about the strengths of a South Winneducation.
• Market the advantages and assets that South Winn has tooffer to grow enrollment.
