ArtHaus receives a 2015 Gallery System "ArtsUp Award"

ArtHaus of Decorah has been awarded an Honorable Mention prize in Gallery Art Systems' 2015 ArtsUp Awards, which recognize and reward outstanding community-oriented arts programs in the United States with awards of gallery quality art hanging systems.

ArtHaus will receive $250 worth of Gallery System art hanging equipment for use in its downtown facility.  It plans to use its award equipment to expand its exhibition capabilities within its gallery space in downtown Decorah.  The art hanging systems will help give ArtHaus more flexibility in a space that includes vintage wainscoting and large mirrors.
