Three Decorah adult choirs announce plans for a "Grand Concert"

Decorah's three adult community choirs have announced plans to perform in the same concert in October.

The Decorah Chorale, Luren Singers and Northern Lights are planning a joint concert at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 11th, at Decorah Lutheran Church. The concert will raise money for the purchase of a new grand piano for Decorah Lutheran.

Concertgoers will hear each choir present several selections and then combine their voices in one grand finale.

Admission will be free.  A freewill offering will be taken with 100 percent of the money going toward the goal of purchasing a piano.
