The Calmar Corvette Club has donated $4,250 to the Winneshiek Medical Center Foundation to be used to support diabetes education efforts at the hospital. Since 2008, the Calmar Corvette Club has donated over $25,000 to further local diabetes care.
WMC has utilized that money to pay for education materials, pedometers, portion plates for group and individual education, a stand-on digital scale and a continuous glucose monitoring system.
