Chimney Rock Campground owner Deb Keefe will be allowed to hold a music festival at her campground for the next two years.
The Winneshiek County Board of Adjustment has given Keefe a conditional use permit that will allow her to hold the concerts. Keefe had battled with county officials in past years over the music festivals, but won the right to hold a festival last year and now has won approval for 2015 and 2016.
