


Two Decorah residents were arrested Sunday morning on charges of Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Deliver and of Child Endangerment.
A search warrant was served at a home on Cottonwood Road in Decorah around 8:00 a.m. Sunday. Police took 35-year-old George Martinez and 35-year-old Angel Barrientos into custody on the charges of possession of cocaine with the intent to deliver and child endangerment. Both subjects were transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.
