Already in jail, she gets charged again for allegedly destroying jail property

A Cresco woman who was already incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail now faces another criminal charge.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department says 31-year-old Crystal Kramer of Cresco damaged jail property while she was a prisoner.

Kramer is now charged with criminal mischief in the fifth degree.  She remains locked up in the county jail.
