A Calmar man and a Decorah man have been charged with possession of marijuana in separate incidents.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department 53-year-old says Donald Carnagey of Calmar was charged with 3rd Offense Possession of Marijuana. Carnagey was found in possession of a controlled substance during a traffic stop in Howard County. Winneshiek County deputies assisted the Cresco Police Department in searching the Carnagey residence for additional illegal substances. Marijuana allegedly was found at the residence.
Then on Sunday afternoon 25-year-old Joseph Francisco of Decorah was charged with Possession of Marijuana after the car in which he was a passenger was stopped by the Decorah Police Department. Francisco was allegedly found in possession of marijuana.
