Elma teenager ticketed following Decorah crash

A 14-year-old Elma resident, Felisha Flugum, has been ticketed following an accident Monday in Decorah.

Police say Flugum pulled out from a stop sign at the intersection of Main Street and Mechanic Street and was hit by a car driven by 69-year-old Ron Bigler of Decorah.

Neither driver was injured, but Flugum was ticketed for Failure to Yield the Right of Way.
