Full speed ahead for Frankville water project

The Winneshiek County Board has scheduled bid opening for the Frankville water project for 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17th in Frankville.

The project is back on track now that the state has issued a construction permit.

After the bids are opened on June 17th, there will be a public hearing June 22nd at the County Board meeting.  If the bids are approved, engineers expect a fall completion of the project
