Traffic accident does $3,000 in damages

Decorah Police were called to a traffic accident Friday afternoon.

Police say 58-year-old Storm Bailey of Decorah was driving down East Main Street around 1:00 p.m. when 46-year-old Jody Bohr, who was in a parked car along East Main Street, opened the door of the car as Bailey was driving by.

No one was injured or ticketed, but the accident did cause a total of $3,000 in damages.
