UPDATE: West Union man arrested on Winneshiek County parole violation

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office say it has arrested a West Union man on charges of violating a probation warrant.
36-year-old Nathan Lutgen was taken into custody at the Fayette County Jail and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies.
