Patients give above average scores to Winneshiek Medical Center

Director of Quality Management at Winneshiek Medical Center Trudy Belay told the board of trustees Wednesday evening that patient satisfaction scores were above average. Chief Administrative Officer Lisa Radtke said scores creeped into the 90th percentile.
