Waterloo man ticketed for leaving the scene of an accident in Decorah

54-year-old Jim Dalluge of Waterloo faces several charges after an accident Saturday night on Washington Street in Decorah.

Police were called to the scene after a Charles City woman, Mary Wandro, noticed the damage to her parked car.  Pieces of Dalluge's vehicle remained at the scene and were later identified as coming from his vehicle.

Calmar Police later arrested Dalluge for drunk driving.  Decorah Police issued a ticket to Dalluge for leaving the scene of an accident.
