Decorah Police make two shoplifting arrests, respond to one accident at WalMart

Decorah Polce were called to Wal-Mart three times over the New Year's holiday.

Police arrested 29-year-old Misty Schnuelle of Postville Wednesday on a charge of 5th Degree Theft for allegedly shoplifting, then returned to the store Thursday to charge 28-year-old Anthony Ledesma of Postville with 5th Degree Theft.

Also Thursday around 3:00 p.m. police were called to Wal-Mart when 80-year-old Helen Herold of Calmar backed into a parked car, causing $2,500 in damages.  She was not ticketed.
