Two-car crash causes $2,800 in damages

Decorah Police were called to a two-vehicle crash on College Drive Wednesday morning.

Police say 29-year-old Adam Strand of Cresco pulled out onto College Drive from Quarry Street and failed to yield to 70-year-old Lois Tollefsrud of Dorchester. Neither driver was injured. Strand was ticketed for Failure to Yield.

The accident caused $1,800 in damage to Tollefsrud's car and $1,000 in damage to Strand's truck.
