Waukon teenager ticketed following two-vehicle accident at HIghway 9 & Trout Run Road

Decorah Police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Trout Run Road at the Highway 9 intersection around 6:00 Thursday night.

16-year-old Aubreanna McQuade of Waukon turned into the path of a truck driven by 56-year-old Ron Teslow of Decorah, causing $2,700 in damages.

Mc Quade was ticketed for failure to yield the right-of-way on a left turn.  Neither driver was injured.
