"I own a beautiful place in Northeast Iowa but I can't live there because my husband and I cannot make it there in Iowa. Not only because of the minimum wage you think is adequate. You just don't have the jobs with wages that keep people. I live in the Oil Patch where I see people living in campers through the winter and paying outrageous rents just to keep whatever they have back home. I was trailer trash. The Affordable Housing of Eastern Montana and West North Dakota. I tell people do not judge them because there is always a story of back home."
