Decorah resident arrested on public intoxication charges

Decorah Police were called to Roscoe's Tavern on College Drive early Sunday morning. When they arrived, police say they discovered 22-year-old Rezza Kakavandi of 2399 Shag Bark Lane "extremely intoxicated." He was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
