Decorah Swimming Pool admissions were down 12 percent this summer

Admissions were down at the Decorah Municipal Swimming Pool this summer.

The Decorah Parks & Recreation Department says there were 24,412 admissions to the pool over the summer.  That's a drop of 12 percent from last summer, when there were 27,746 admissions.

Of course, weather is the biggest influence on swimming pool attendance.
