


A Decorah man faces five criminal charges after Decorah police executed a search warrant Thursday afternoon at his house on West Water Street.
22-year-old Benjamin Rod has been charged with conspiracy to deliver and manufacture a controlled substance (a Class D felony); three counts of failure to affix a drug stamp (Class D felonies); and one count of second offense possession of marijuana.
Police say they are continuing their investigation and charges could be filed against other individuals.
