The trial of a Decorah man on three meth-related charges has been delayed until September.
24-year-old Cody Cronin is charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine; possession of a precursor to the manufacture of meth; and second offense possession of methamphetamine. The charges were filed in January after a police search of his apartment at 910 Ridgewood Drive in Decorah.
Cronin was scheduled to go on trial in July, but Judge Margaret Lingreen has accepted a defense motion for a delay in the trial. Cronin now will go on trial September 24th.
