Two-vehicle crash does $4,500 in damages

Decorah Police were called to Water Street and State Street Sunday night when a Decorah man backed into a parked car.

51-year-old Kevin Frana told police he could not see the smaller car behind his truck when he was backing into the parking spot.  The parked car--owned by Sarah Finkel of Chicago--suffered $4,500 in damages and had to be towed away.  Frana was not ticketed.
