Decorah Public Library to increase fees for interlibrary book loans

The Decorah Public Library says it will be increasing the fees it charges when patrons request items from other libraries in the state of Iowa.

On June 1st the postage costs will increase from $1.00 to $2.00.  With the increase in postage costs, the library will raise prices for returning items in order to continue borrowing items from other libraries throughout the state.
