Three bike racks will once again be put out in downtown Decorah

This bike rack was put out on Winnebago Street

Last year's experiment with putting three large bike racks out in downtown Decorah is being declared a success, so the bike racks will go out again this spring--with a minor modification.

The locations on Winnebago Street and in front of Alliant Energy on Water Street will be used again.  But based on feedback about the location in the 400 block of West Water Street, the bike rack there will be placed in the parking lot next to the Montessori School--not in place of an on-street parking space.
