Decorah Police make three arrests on drug-related charges

Decorah Police have been busy.

On early Sunday morning an officer was on patrol on the West Side and noticed a male smoking marijuana.  The male was identified as 20-year-old Jacob Wollinger of Evansville, Wisconsin.  Wollinger was charged with possession of marijuana.

On Friday morning Decorah Police executed a search warrant at 312 Grove Street.  Officers found evidence of narcotics and its use.  Charges are pending.  The investigation is continuing.

On Wednesday Police continued a narcotics investigation at Luther College.  Officers found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  19-year-old Nicholas Brahs of Wayzata, Minnesota was charged with possession of marijuana.
