City of Decorah releases more details about the upcoming electronics and appliance recycling event

The City of Decorah has announced its second annual recycling event of electronics and appliances will be held from 9:00 a.m. until noon on Saturday, January 25th and from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 26th at the lower Oneota Coop parking lot.

All area resident may purchase a sticker at Decorah City Hall that will enable them to drop off major household electronics and appliances, including TVs, refrigerators and stoves.  Stickers cost $10 for all appliances and $20 apiece for TV sets and computer monitors.  Computers and peripheral electronics are free.
