Decorah Police arrest four on drug charges

Four people face drug charges following a Decorah Police investigation last Wednesday.

Police officers were called to the Luther College Ashmore-Jewell Barn, along with Iowa State Patrol officers.  They found marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the scene.

Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against 18-year-old Justin Harris of Kankakee, Illinois; 18-year-old Caleb Funke of Batavia, Illinois; 19-year-old Jorge Lopez of Rochester, Minnesota; and 18-year-old Harrison Knutson of Swisher, Iowa.
