Decorah voters will be asked to cast ballots for mayor November 5th

For the first time in eight years, Decorah voters will be asked to choose a mayor.

Former city council member Don Arendt was elected in 2005, but had no opposition in 2009.  This year a new resident of Decorah, Jim McIntosh, has thrown his hat in the ring.
