Spillville resident receives Spahn & Rose scholarship to NICC

A Spillville resident, Micah Van Horn, has received a scholarship to NICC. 

Spahn & Rose Lumber Company has given Van Horn the scholarship for his academic achievements.  Van Horn will graduate from NICC next May.
