Decorah Swimming Pool to extend swimming season

The Decorah Swimming Pool will be open for another week longer than originally announced.
 
The pool originally was scheduled to close after August 19th.  But the Decorah Parks & Recreation Department says the Decorah Swimming Pool will extend its season by offering adult lap swim from 6:45 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. and from noon until 1:00 p.m. and adult aquacise from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on August 20th through August 23rd.
 
The swimming pool then will be open for swimming on Saturday, August 24th, with adult lap swim from noon until 1:00 p.m. and open swim from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.  For that day only, regular swimming pool passes will not be valid for admission.  Instead, everyone will pay $1.00 to get in.
