Decorah woman hits parked car

Decorah Police were called to Second Street on Thursday when a Decorah woman struck a parked car.

47-year-old KLelly Johnson told police she looked away for a moment--and then struck a parked car owned by Bryce Hoyme of Decorah.  The accident did a total of $8,000 in damages.  Johnson was not ticketed.
