A Friday morning traffic accident on Locust Road is now being ruled as being caused by medical reasons and not traffic-related reasons.
A truck belonging to Skyline Construction left the roadway near the Hesper turn off just before 10:00 a.m. Friday. But the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department now says it believes the driver of the truck had medical problems which caused his death--and that led to the truck going off the road, not the other way around.
