Two-car accident causes $2,700 in damages

Decorah Police say 74-year-old Inez Willingham of Decorahpulled away from a stop sign on Fifth Avenue Friday afternoon and struck a car driven by 16-year-old Joshua Thompson of Decorah.

The accident caused $2,600 in damages, but neither driver was injured.  Willingham was ticketed for a stop sign violation.
