There's one more flooding-related expense.
Decorah Police say City of Decorah employee Scott Ihde was moving a portable toilet away from the flooding on Sunday morning, using a city tractor, with the portable toilet resting on the front forks of the tracotr as he traveled east on College Driver towards the City Water Department Shop.
As Ihde approved a red light on College Drive, he hit the rear of a pop-up camper being pulled by Charles Wolf of Cedar Rapids.
Neither driver was injured. The camper suffered $1,500 in damages. The portable toilet was a total loss.
