A judge has sentenced 33-year-old Jessica Kipp of Ossian to two to five years of probation in connection with an alleged meth ring at a home on College Drive.
The sentence, handed down earlier this week, also calls for Kipp to undergo outpatient substance abuse evaluation and a mental health evaluation and to follow all recommendations coming from those evaluations.
Kipp was one of six people arrested following a police raid on the home. One of the other suspects--49-year-old Dale Smerud of Waukon--also has entered a guilty plea. Trials are still schedule for the other four defendants.
