Construction crews have a bit of a mess to clean up on Trout Run Road after flood waters damaged the construction site of a new bridge.
The concrete culvert is being installed just a few yards northeast of the intersection with Stone Hill Road. High waters ripped apart a metal culvert early Thursday morning and pushed it into the concrete culvert, along with quite a bit of wood and other debris.
The construction site itself suffered a little bit of damage, but will require extensive clean-up in order for work to continue on the bridge project.
