District Judge John Bauercamper has denied a motion to reduc bail in the trial of accused attempted murdered Daniel Wildman.
Bond had previously been set at $225,000 in the case. Wildman's attorney filed a motion stating that $10,000 bond would be "more appropriate," and certainly nothing higher than $75,000.
But Judge Bauercamper has denied the motion, saying "The amount (originally) set remains necessary and appropriate to assure Defendant's appearance in court."
