Winneshiek County Habitat for Humanity taking applications for Ridgeway build

Winneshiek County Habitat for Humanity is welcoming applications from families interested in the 2013 house being built in Ridgeway. In order to qualify, families need to demonstrate a stable employment record, live currently in inadequate housing and lack resources for a conventional mortgage.
