The National Weather Service Office in La Crosse has issued a Flood Watch for all areas along the Upper Iowa River.
The Weather Service says the river should crest at 15.8 feet at Dorchester on Thursday--1.8 feet above flood stage. Of course, that forecast could change with additional rainfall, which is expected.
The Upper Iowa River crested past flood stage Wednesday at Kendallville, Bluffton and Decorah.
