Decorah's Wicks Construction wins statewide award

Wicks Construction of Decorah has been recognized for a road project it worked on.

The Iowa Concrete Paving Association and the Iowa Department of Transportation have jointly issued awards for the top 2012 projects in 19 categories.

The two agencies gave the 2012 Portland Cement Concrete Paving Award to Wicks Construction for the Ventura Main Street and West Lake Street reconstruction. The project won in the "traffic management-urban" category.
