Posted: Wed, Feb 20, 2013 6:03 PM

Throughout the month of February, The Clay Studio at 207 Washington Street in Decorah is helping to support a visual campaign to increase global awareness of the ongoing genocide and humanitarian crises in Sudan, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia and Burma.

One Million Bones is a project to install one million handmade ceramic bones on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. this June.  Each bone made will raise $1 for the cause.

The Clay Studio is offering its facilities for making, glazing and firing bones to anyone interested in the One Million Bones project.

For more information on the project visit www.onemillionbones.org or visit www.theclaystudiodecorah.com.
