


Northeast Iowa Community College's Board of Trustees has approved a 2013-2014 budget for the school.
The budget sets the maximum spending limit for next year at $59.4 million, compared to the current year's limit of $62.5 million.
Property taxpayers in the NICC district will see a mill rate reduction from $0.99 per $1,000 of assessed evaluation this fiscal year to a mill rate of $0.93 for fiscal year 2014, which begins July 1st.
