


The Winneshiek County Convention and Visitors Bureau on Monday recognized the contributions of Northeast Iowa Resource Conservation & Development.
WCCVB Director Brenda Balk said RC & D has played an important role in a number of projects to promote tourism in Northeast Iowa, most notably by helping to get $5.5 million in grants for the Trout Run Trail.
