Two arrested on marijuana possession charges

Two Decorah residents were arrested on Friday afternoon on marijuana charges.

26-year-old Torrence Neighbors and 23-year-old Taylor Tollefson--both of 405 Valley Drive--were arrested after police received a report of the smell of marijuana coming from the house.  During the investigation police also seized drug paraphernalia belonging to the two men.
