NICC President to receive pay raise

The NICC Board of Trustees has extended the contract of President Liang Chee Wee through the end of the college's 2013 fiscal year.

The board has also approved a 2.75 percent raise for Dr. Wee, which is the same percent granted to all non-bargaining employees for FY13, plus an additional $500. That means he will receive a salary increase totaling $5,450, which will put his 2013 salary at $185,450.
